After months of working closely with The Hair and Barber Council and salon owners, we are proud to announce our new policy wording.

With clear and concise areas of focus, in addition to tacking key industry issues, the policy covers:

• Patch Testing
• Allowing Juniors/trainees to wash and dry hair unsupervised once they have documented training (including internal training)
• Clarity on what must be done when you have rent-a-chair stylists
• Additives to colour treatments
